Regional Solar Hot Water Rebates

The rebate (from $400 to $1600) is available for regional Victorian households to switch their existing gas, solid fuel or oil hot water system to solar. For an existing electric hot water system the rebate is only available where insulation has been installed under the Australian Home Insulation Program. In areas with access to reticulated gas a gas-solar system must be installed. In areas where there is no reticulated gas, an electric-solar or LPG-solar system can be installed.
